8th YPP Fourth Session - Day 5
September 25, Islamabad; A 5-day session of the fourth session of 8th Youth Parliament ended today here in Islamabad. Top 15 Members were selected on the basis of their overall performance in the session including the quality of their Committee Reports. Earlier today, Dr. Shoaib Suddle, Former I.G. Police/Senior Analyst and Member PILDAT Dialogue Group on Civil Military Relations (DGCMR) & Governance, Honourable Ms. Nafeesa Khattak, MNA, PTI evaluated the reports of the Youth Standing Committees. Youth Standing Committee on National Security & Foreign Relations and Youth Standing Committees on Right to Information were marked the highest by the Experts during the scoring.
The 8th Youth Parliament Pakistan is supported by the Danish International Development Agency, Government of Denmark as recognition of the importance of young people’s involvement in democracy and democratic practices.
