PROFILE
Mr. Danyal Haider belongs to Karachi, and he was born on February 25, 1992. He went to the The City School, PAF Chapter in Karachi. After completing A-levels, Mr. Haider went to the Netherlands to pursue BSc in Electrical engineering from the Eindhoven University of Tech. He became active in student politics in Eindhoven, The Netherlands and went on to become the first ever-international student in Eindhoven’s student council. Mr. Haider describes that journey rather challenging, as he had to transgress language and cultural barriers. Furthermore, he advocates equality for all. He is one of the 9 elected Members of Eindhoven’s Student council, where he is Commissioner of Public Relations for the student party Groep- één. Moreover, Mr. Haider is an English columnist for the Cursor TU/e, and he writes for a wide range of audience. Politics, current affairs, internationalization, and integration are all among his interests as he dreams of a world which is less ‘Trump’ish.
