PROFILE
Mr. Widad Durrani belongs to the Quetta District of Baluchistan. He was born on October 29, 1995 and received his schooling from (APSACS) IQRA College Command & Staff College, Quetta Cantt. He is currently doing Bachelors in Mechatronics and Control engineering at the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore. Mr. Durrani is designated as Rover scouts at Balochistan Boy Scouts Association and has also attended the two international jamborees in Sweden-(2011) & Japan (2015).
He was the award winner of Pakistan’s first wilderness based event ‘MARKHOR’’ session 2015. He is a professional shooter and has secured third position in all Pakistan National Rifle Shooting Championship held in Jhelum in 2012. Mr. Durrani has also organized major events in Balochistan such as Model United Nations, youth forums etc. and is also a permanent member of Scouts Youth Council, Balochistan. He is an Executive Member of Mechatronics Club-UeT, Lahore and has also organized an event ROBOCOM 2016. He has also won titles in hiking and canoeing competitions held in Balochistan. After the completion of his degree he aspires to become a politician.
