Mr. Waqar Hussain Khattak belongs to Karak District, Khyber Paktunkhwa and was born on February 16, 1991. He received his basic education from the Frontier Model School, Warsak Road, Peshawar, F.Sc (Pre-Med) from Wisdom Science College Karak, B.A (Law+Political Science) from the Government Post Graduate College Karak. Mr. Waqar Completed his International Relations (Masters) Degree in 2014 from the University of Peshawar. He is working as a Subject Specialist (Pak-Study) in the Stanford High School Phase 1 Hayatabad, Peshawar. He was one of the best debaters during his school and college period and won top positions in speeches and sports in college. He was the founder of Insaf Students Federation in the Government Post graduate College Karak. He passed/cleared his CSS exam 2015, But un-luckily could not achieve appointment in final merit. But he is still struggling and want to play active role in politics of his country to help the poor people of his country and now a days also writing a book on the political ups and down, which he named "Politics and Politicians of Pakistan".
