Mr. Owais Khalil belongs to Khanpur district, Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab. He was born on January 1, 1992 and did his intermediate from the Alpine College, Khanpur. Currently, he is studying in final year MBBS at the Nishtar Medical College, Multan. Mr. Khalil is a debater and took part in many debate contests and secured 2nd position in all Pakistan Urdu debate competition at the Khawaja Fareed College, Rahim Yar Khan. Mr. Khalil is interested in social work.
